Job Description:
As a Senior Engineer at TNF, you will own the technical direction and execution of high-impact engineering initiatives, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with leadership to define requirements, translate business objectives into robust technical designs, and drive projects from architecture through production. In this role, you will set technical standards, influence platform-level decisions, and ensure reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability across the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of outsourced and internal engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, auditors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, set achievable goals, and create the development roadmap.
Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Drive the successful execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.
Identify and mitigate risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively address issues to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our software systems by identifying and addressing potential issues and vulnerabilities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software engineering and recommend new tools and techniques to improve our development process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8 years of experience in software engineering, with 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong technical background with full-stack experience in Amazon Web Services, Typescript, Javascript, and Blockchain Indexing.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically to achieve business goals.
Some experience with Solidity and smart contract deployments.
