Saran is a Staff Auditor working at the intersection of accounting and blockchain technology. He is an ACCA-qualified accountant with professional experience supporting audit and accounting work involving digital assets and blockchain-based financial systems.

Saran has over three years of experience in crypto accounting and digital asset reporting. Earlier in his career, he worked with a UK-based chartered accounting firm that served cryptocurrency and blockchain companies. During this time, he supported clients with on-chain reconciliations, wallet activity reviews, and financial reporting for cryptocurrencies, DeFi protocols, token generation events (TGEs), and stablecoins. His work frequently involved analyzing blockchain data and translating on-chain activity into clear and accurate accounting records.

In his current role as a Staff Auditor, Saran contributes to audit and assurance procedures involving digital assets. His work includes assisting with Proof of Reserves (PoR) procedures, digital asset verification, wallet balance testing, and preparing supporting audit documentation and workpapers. He focuses on connecting blockchain data with traditional audit and accounting frameworks to help ensure digital asset information is verifiable, transparent, and reliable.
