Job Description:
As the Lead Engineer at TNF, you will be responsible for overseeing our engineering team and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, set goals, and drive the successful execution of engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of outsourced and internal engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, auditors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, set achievable goals, and create the development roadmap.
- Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Drive the successful execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Identify and mitigate risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively address issues to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our software systems by identifying and addressing potential issues and vulnerabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software engineering and recommend new tools and techniques to improve our development process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in software engineering, with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background with full-stack experience in Amazon Web Services, Typescript, Javascript, and Blockchain Indexing.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically to achieve business goals.
- Some experience with Solidity and smart contract deployments.
