Jasmin Nau is an Audit Manager in TNF’s attestation practice and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over five years of public accounting experience. She provides financial statement audit and assurance services to clients in the digital asset and emerging technology space.

Prior to joining The Network Firm, Jasmin worked at Ernst & Young where she led audit engagements involving complex accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting matters for both public and private companies.

She is licensed as a CPA in California and Florida, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and holds a degree in Accounting Information Systems from Santa Clara University.
